today... passed too quickly

i spent today with mauri. it was a good day, sad but good. we went and saw the back-up plan (it was ok, kinda graphic in some parts, basically i wouldn't recommend it) and then we went to go eat at the university mall.

afterward, i went to eat dinner at ariel's house with mauri's family. we ate, then played games and enjoyed each other's company.

i went back to cam's house to spend the night with family. mom and dad, ally and evan are leaving tomorrow (bubs took this picture himself). that makes me sad...

this whole day went by WAAAAYYY too fast.

congrats meags and nell!

nell and meags graduated today! i can't believe it! meags in theater education and nell in electrical engineering. it's really quite an accomplishment! CONGRATS!! i was thinking about it and i realized that i'll be in that same boat in THREE YEARS!!! how exciting! i can't wait... =) anyways... here are pictures from today, such a big day:

since we didn't wanna be sad today, we went to the movies and watched valentines day (i didn't really like it, it was kinda depressing for most of the movie, and then at the very end it was ok. i wouldn't recommend it). it was raining today, so while we were waiting for mauri's mom to pick us up, we went to shopko. we sat down and took this picture. i thought it was cute and funny... just like the mcdonalds/DI picture... =P

kyle went home today

kyle left this morning. it was really sad. mauri called me and told me that kyle wanted to say goodbye. i thought it was really sweet that he made it a point to come and say goodbye to me. he's already missed. =S

it's an inside joke... one time kyle had juice in 2 cups and he stacked them, and then asked me which one has the liquid inside. he thought it was hard to tell, but really it wasn't. mauri did it tonight, and that made us miss kyle. =/ he's a good friend.

how to train your dragon

today mauri and i went to see how to train your dragon. he had a free matinée movie ticket, so we went to see it. it's a really a cute movie, and i enjoyed it a lot! i liked this one part, but i don't wanna give it away, so go see it! =)

geocaching

have you ever heard of geocaching?? i got home last night, and margo told me that they were going to go geocaching. i never heard of it before, so i went. it's basically like a treasure hunt, and you find the "treasures" using a gps (even though we didn't have one, we looked up where it was and directions to find it on the internet before we went), and then you sign your name on the paper. there was a big group of us girls who went as a last "hurrah" for our last weekend in the dorms. our first was up by the laundry building, and then the second was by the moa.

this one was kinda hard to find, but we finally found it. we all signed our names and decided to look for the other one by the moa.
