i had bio... which i ended up sleeping through (haha... oops). i didn't have my usual children's lit class (because they have the practicum or something, so i don't have that class for like a month! :D). i went to my dap (developmentally appropriate practices) class, and we painted!! :) it was fun... and i was actually pleased with what i drew! keep in mind that this was ALL (including the little animals and my name), and in watercolor, and this is the first time in FOREVER that i've done anything like this!
to make things even better, when i went to check my mail for mom's letter... i found THIS!!!
it's my first letter! and it made my day! :)
mauri's doing well, he had a little trouble getting into the class that he's supposed to be in, and his companion is A FRIEND FROM SOAR (daniel rusk), so he's really happy about that. he's very excited to be learning spanish and he says he speaks it all the time. he says he's learning patience and charity, and he loves being a missionary. yay for letters! :)
oh! i also forgot... his address changed. it's now mailbox #157... fyi.
i need to write to him.
